You are half-way finished with the 30-Day Healthy Living Challenge!
Hopefully you feel like you kicked 2016 off in a healthy way. I’m actually out of town this weekend in Charlotte, NC, so today will be an easy day.
First, let me reiterate the rules: Follow along with as many Challenge Days as possible and let me know that you did by either commenting on my blog, Tweeting (@nutritionalanat) at me, posting a picture to my Instagram (nutritionalanat), or writing on my Facebook page. I will randomly select a winner to receive 3 nutrition counseling sessions or cooking classes.
Day 16: REST
Let’s recap… So far, you have taken 10,000 steps, learned about portion control, skipped the sugar, watched your sodium, exercised for 30-minutes a few times/week and went meatless. I think you deserve a rest day. I am going to ask you to do one thing though.
Next week is going to be all about planning. So many of my clients have diet problems because they don’t plan for healthy eating and exercise. Tomorrow’s challenge is all about exercise, so I want you to plan out a time for a workout tomorrow.
