Today’s post will be very short. I was traveling to LA last night and completely forgot about the time difference and my blog post. And I know those readers in the northeast are stuck indoors with tons of snow. Don’t be jealous, but this is what I’m waking up to:
Since you are stuck indoors, I want you to take a rest day, but I also want you to recap about the week. Think about the plans you made and whether or not you stuck to them. Were you mindful in making food choices? Did you add a snack to prevent overeating? Consider what worked for you and how you can add it to your everyday routine.
