5 Vegetarian High Protein Sources That You May Not Know About

This may be my most exciting blog post ever! I really love and stand behind everything that I post, but this is so thrilling because I haven’t actually written anything.  This post is a VIDEO! I’ve been trying to create a video for quite a while, because I can say and show so much more in 6 minutes that I can possibly put into words.

My first ever video is about “5 Vegetarian High Protein Sources That You May Not Know About”.  Watch below to learn about 5 new high protein whole grains, legumes and seeds. The video has pictures, tells you how much protein is in each one, and lets you know where you can buy them.  Let me know what you think!
