Cherry Coconut Yogurt Bites are a healthy high-protein & low sugar frozen fruit dessert. Made with just 3 ingredients-- frozen cherries, yogurt & maple syrup--they are easy to make and great for everyone!
In a food processor, puree the cherries.
In a small bowl, mix together the yogurt and agave.
Using a muffin tin, add a spoonful of yogurt mixture to one of the muffin holes. Add a spoonful of cherries on top of the yogurt mixture. Cover with another spoonful of yogurt. Repeat until muffin tins are filled.
Sprinkle each bite with shredded coconut, if using.
Freeze for at least 2 hours.
