Frozen Cherry Coconut Yogurt Bites

  • 1/2 cup cherries pitted
  • 2 5.3 ounce containers coconut flavored Greek or Skyr Yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon agave


  1. In a food processor, puree the cherries.

  2. In a small bowl, mix together the yogurt and agave.

  3. Using a muffin tin, add a spoonful of yogurt mixture to one of the muffin holes. Add a spoonful of cherries on top of the yogurt mixture. Cover with another spoonful of yogurt. 

  4. (Optional) Sprinkle with coconut flakes.

  5. Freeze for at least 2 hours.
